“How can we ensure that family, friends & professionals who care for seniors receive the support they need?”
This was the question that my group and I got for our project in the course Innovative Mobile Services and Systems at Umeå University. The mission was to create an innovative mobile application that could solve this problem.
For this, we developed an AI-powered mobile application where every week the user can submit a picture from the past week, or generate one with AI based on text. The application will then use OpenAI’s Vision to generate caption suggestions for the image. This makes each weekly summary unique and interesting.
In the application, you see your friends in a lobby-like environment where, instead of seeing a list of friends, you see your friends’ characters on an interactive canvas. This way, you can easily navigate to your profile or your friends’ profiles to see their weekly summaries.
